Every new subscriber gets a 14-day free trial with no payment method required — you can evaluate every Pro feature before paying anything. We designed it this way so you never have to pay to find out whether AirPlot fits your workflow.
Monthly charges are generally non-refundable, but if you believe you were charged in error — for example, you cancelled before renewal and were still billed — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you retain access for the full paid year.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues to the end of the current paid period. No partial-period refunds are issued for unused time except as described above.
Email support@airplotdronemissions.com from your account email with the charge date and amount. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
