These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AirPlot (the "Service"), a web-based drone mission planning application. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
AirPlot lets you plan drone flight missions and generate waypoint mission files. The free tier includes five (5) mission file generations. AirPlot Pro is a paid subscription providing unlimited generations and additional features, billed monthly ($14.99) or annually ($129).
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription.
AirPlot is a planning tool. You are the pilot in command. You are solely responsible for the safe, legal operation of your aircraft, including compliance with all applicable aviation regulations (such as FAA Part 107 in the United States), airspace authorizations, weather assessment, obstacle avoidance, maintaining visual line of sight, and verifying every mission before and during flight. Generated mission files are provided as planning aids and must be reviewed by you before flying. AirPlot does not control your aircraft and cannot guarantee any flight outcome.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or create derivative works of the Service; use automated systems to access the Service; use the Service to plan unlawful flights; or circumvent usage limits or payment systems.
The Service, including its software, design, and generated file formats, is owned by AirPlot and protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service — not a sale of software. Mission data you create (boundary points, project parameters) is yours.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AIRPLOT DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT ANY MISSION FILE WILL BE ACCEPTED OR EXECUTED BY ANY PARTICULAR AIRCRAFT OR SOFTWARE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRPLOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AIRCRAFT LOSS, OR REGULATORY PENALTIES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR FLIGHT OPERATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
